Let's get back to today, the day Heidi is launching her Mori Dress & Top pattern... It is simply beautiful. When I saw this tester call, I just couldn't resist. A lot of times I tried my luck testing for her, but apart from the jacket, I wasn't able to apply on time, since her calls are on for a short time and there's lots of people applying. But I was one of the lucky ones this time and after sewing my piece, I was even happier about being a tester on this one. The opinions were the same in the testing group, moms and daughter, tops or dresses everyone loved them. The little girls wouldn't take it off, and I, at each new one I saw, thought it to be my fave.

I think the great thing about this pattern, are the lined flounces, attached on princess seamson front and back bodice, also lined. Now specifically talking about mine, I used a soft and think cotton fabric I got from Sara, for main and linning. I made size 4 for my princess and it was spot on. Since it was too cold we tried to layer it with a turtle neck - after trying it on her for fit, she insisted in wearing it that day, and I wasn't lucky trying to change her mind by telling her it was meant for summer. We liked it, and this way we can use it more often, instead of waiting for the warm days. And that's it, if you want to see tester photos, at least some of them, visit Heidi's blog here.
